Funding As we are experts in the training field, we have a thorough understanding of the funding opportunities available to your organisation. We cannot guarantee that you will qualify for funding or subsidies, but we can help you to apply for and access the different bodies that provide funding. ITO’s FETS has ongoing relationships with a number of the Industry Training Organisations (ITO’s), including Extractive ITO (EXITO), Agriculture ITO, Seafood ITO (SITO) , Fire and Rescue ITO (FRSITO) and NZ ITO (NZITO) ITO’s provide subsidies for training in many areas and in some cases they may fund up to half the cost of training. Other Funding Options In mid 2005 FETS applied for, and was allocated a grant from the Adult and Community Education (ACE) sector of Tertiary Education Commission (TEC). The grant has allowed FETS to provide Emergency Preparedness training to community based organisations at a subsidised rate. To date, FETS has allocated all the funding, but may be in a position to apply for an additional grant at a later date. Contact us as you may qualify for assistance. |
