The Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 sets out to promote the management of hazards in workplaces, by requiring employers to identify and control hazards that may cause harm, and for employees and others to take steps to ensure their safety and safety of others.

FETS has designed several H&S courses to assist organisations in not only meeting their obligations under the H&S Act but more importantly to help prevent injuries occurring.

The various courses introduce learners to workplace health and safety legislation and enable them to play an active role in ensuring Health and Safety of themselves and others in their workplace.
