Fire Extinguisher

In many situations large fires start as small fires.  If someone can safely extinguish the fire while it is small the risk to lives and property will be minimised.

Our courses involve realistic small fires.  These are common situations and dealing with them gives trainees the confidence to handle the situation. Trainees will gain a real understanding and feel for how fires respond to different extinguishing methods

Courses range from a point-and-shoot practical only, to  assessment against unit standards.

The focus is primarily on extinguishers in your workplace but trainees are given opportunities to see other extinguishers and techniques in action.

Refresher courses are also available.
