Hazard ID

Hazard identification and risk assessment in the workplace is vital to ensure the safety of workers and the continuation of your business.

The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 requires an organisation to have hazard identification and risk assessment procedures in place. It also requires organisations to have worker participation in this process.

Having a workforce that is able to understand and complete effective risk assessment procedures in the workplace  not only provides a safer workplace but also a more productive workplace, in the long run saving an  organisation thousands of dollars in lost production time.

This course provides a sound basis  for trainees to understand and apply hazard identification and risk assessment in their work environment.
